Does it fit with the goal of the business? Does it fit with the goal of my life? Am I in the right place? Am I where I want to be? What am I prepare to do about it - right now?
The problems we face won’t go away unless we change the way we do things, and the way we think. No change will occur if we keep doing business as usual and living our lives as usual, while confronted with increasingly un-usual and big events. We need to Stop, Reflect, and begin to Listen.
