Open World Foundation is about change, about you and me and the world. And there is a sense of urgency, an urgency for change.

Intellectually we can understand this. Intellectually, however, we have all taken part in creating the problems we face today: Climate crisis, financial crisis, social crisis, or personal crisis. To begin solving some of these problems, we need increased awareness and great leadership.

Good Leadership is about communication; Great Leadership is about clear communication and listening; to yourself and others. It’s about becoming a Leader in your life, both for yourself and for others, with compassion and generosity, both for yourself and for others. So, you may ask: What is my goal - really? Does it fit with the goal of the business? Does it fit with the goal of my life? Am I in the right place? Am I where I want to be?  What am I prepare to do about it - right now?

The problems we face won’t go away unless we change the way we do things, and the way we think.  No change will occur if we keep doing business as usual and living our lives as usual, while confronted with increasingly un-usual and big events. We need to Stop, Reflect, and begin to Listen.

At the Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, Marcos Croce and Silvia Barretto know this; and they are living it. Nature is a teacher, and when we stop to reflect and listen, we learn important lessons in life leadership and sustainability.

Open World Foundation and Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza offers retreats where powerful tools for change, in business and life, will be learned and practiced; personal and professional change management will be exercised while experiencing life and business on this private family estate and coffee plantation built in 1850.

Join Christer, Marcos, and Silvia on a journey to discover your hidden potential and the power of Flow while you strengthen nature’s ability to heal itself. Join us in Replanting a Rainforest™, one tree at a time.
